CowParade charity auctions across the world have generated more than $25 million dollars for worthy causes and CowParade Margaret River hopes to significantly add to this figure as we get ready to herd our cows off to new homes.
So don’t mooch about – make sure you find which auction your cow is being sold at and get bidding! The moolah that comes in will be benefiting some great organisations so you get twice the warm fuzzy’s – your own cow to keep and the feeling that you have that you have cow-ntributed to a worthy cause.

Regional Special Projects
The Margaret River region offers some of the most unique and stunning cave experiences in Australia.
Along the spine of the Leeuwin Naturaliste Ridge and beneath soaring Karri forest lie more than 100 caves. Jewel, Lake and Mammoth Caves are three of only a handful of which are accessible to the public. These caves belong to a series of complex and fragile Karst systems which are limestone landscapes formed by the movement of water underground. Over the last 50 years shrinking water levels have had a serious impact on the environmental health of these caves. The Jewel and Lake Caves Conservation Projects have been established to preserve, protect and maintain these two iconic but fragile cave environments.
In addition the Mammoth Cave Megafauna project is an interactive design concept, which will incorporate educational facilities, Aboriginal history and nature interaction.
CowParade Margaret River is proud to be an active contributor to these vital projects in order to assist in the long term sustainability of these important natural assets. A massive 63 of the CowParade Margaret River cows are benefiting these essential projects that will help protect, conserve and restore these natural assets for future generations.

McGrath Foundation
The McGrath Foundation was founded in 2005 by Jane McGrath and her husband Glenn, well known Australian Cricketer. Jane sadly passed away in 2008, after a recurring battle with breast cancer. As a result of her own experiences, Jane developed the passionate belief that every woman diagnosed with breast cancer in Australia, and their family, should be able to benefit from the support of a specialist breast care nurse. Through the McGrath Foundation and its fundraising initiatives, it is hoped that this dream is fulfilled.
Jack in the box’s Wholey Cow will be auctioned to assist the McGrath Foundation to achieve their goals.
